Thank you! So that was definitely the toughest part. The nose was actually painted white, and the black checkerboard was all decal. The real tricky part was making sure to get it pressed into the model while also not accidentally moving it. I'd say as long as you're careful and take your time, its not too bad at all!
Looks great! How was that checkerboard by the way? I'm thinking about also getting a Tamiya P-47 except in 1/72 but that decal kinda scares me
