Motherboard is alright I suppose but I would’ve went with a b650 at least. And idk if this is the same for you but you most likely could’ve spent an extra 30-50 dollars more for a RX 7800XT which is miles ahead compared to a RTX 4060 ti. In any case though this is a good build.

I managed to snag the 4060 for under $400 new, which is the only reason I didn't go with the 7800. Yeah I can see why you would go with the 650, honestly I didn't see it so I must've not looked hard enough. Thanks for the feedback!

Ah fair enough. Yeah upgrading down the line to a Ryzen 7 X800x3d chip might be a bit difficult unless you lower the power limit on BIOS settings. It’s what many end up doing on their a320 boards on am4 when they wanted to upgraded to the 5700x3d and whatnot. I mean in all fairness I have no idea how strong the a620 is but I’m assuming it has a weaker VRM in comparison to other am5 boards.

I don't like the starting price of the 4060ti 16gb, however if that's what you want.

I would definitely go with a 650w power supply if staying with the 4060ti.

I actually had the opportunity to purchase a 4060ti for $365 which is the only reason I didn't go with the 7800xt, is it bad to keep the 750?

Also, happy cake day!
