Inherited these old bush knives from my uncle. Anyone recognize the brand 'Frosts'?

I've got my own knives that I bring out into the woods for camping and bushcraft, so I've just kept these aside as keepsakes. They're still sharp as hell, and look well used. He definitely put these things to work back in the day. He was born in the 30s, so I have no idea how old these are, or when he may have bought them. Interesting though.

Frost (also called frost mora) is a swedish knife brand. These are scout knives, common here in scandinavia.

not to be confused with Frost Cutlery, which is an American brand of garbage.

I was just reading this. Apparently these were a common export to my country back in the 50s and 60s. They're collectible now, and the one with the scout on the sheath and the burled handle is the most desirable. Apparently it's the brand that eventually became morakniv that we see today.

I was just looking into it a bit. According to AI (so take it with a grain of salt) they're made by the company that eventually became morakniv. Roughly in the 50s or 60s. They're both collectible apparently, but the one embossed with the picture of the scout with his dog is the most desirable.

Was hoping someone here would know more than what AI can provide by scanning old pictures and forums.
