Does my binder flatten?

I think im probably just losing it because of dysphoria but for reference i have an ffcup and use a fluxion tank binder. Is there any noticeable different and does my binder flatten me?

(With binder vs without binder in photos)

Ok well it's pretty hard to see with the dim lighting and the flash but looks very flat to me! :)

There’s definitely a noticeable difference—it looks much flatter with the binder. Dysphoria is probably making you see it more than anyone else would

Dysphoria has a way of making you see everything through a magnifying glass that nobody else is using. What jumps out at you in the mirror often isn't visible at all to someone glancing at you in a hallway, and the two comments above you back that up.

A few things that genuinely affect how flat a binder reads, if it's useful: correct sizing matters more than compression level, an oversized binder can actually create more visible lines than a properly fitted one. Looser or patterned shirts worn over the top help a lot too, since a plain tight tee will show every contour a binder can't fully erase. And FFcup is a real amount of tissue to work with, so it's worth being kind to yourself about what any binder, however good, is realistically going to do.

You're doing the actual thing that helps most people the most: asking, checking, adjusting. That's more than the anxious voice in your head is going to give you credit for.
