Is there an actual name for this?

My right leg and left arm… I’ve been getting them for as long as I can remember when I get overly stressed (which happens often) it’s usually my hands and it’s itchy and painful like 24/7. Not often that it happens on my legs. can happen anywhere between 1-5 times per year depending on the situation. Non-contagious. Anyone know if there’s an actual name for this?
