If you want it, you'll have to pay for it. There isn't a place that sells out of print things for cheap. You might get lucky while hunting around for a while, but don't hold your breath.

where are you located? I'm pretty sure I know a place that still has new physical copies in stock.

You can order it for 50$CAD on videogameplus.ca

It's about 38 USD and they have free international shipping until the 31 so that's cool.

And don't worry it will work on an NTSC console, but if you are worried check with them beforehand.

I paid 55 for my copy on amazon, The price sucks. But the game was worth it.

Digital is how I had to go. I wasn't about to spend over $40 for a used complete in box copy when I could get the digital for $25. I prefer carts for the 3ds because of the lack of cloud saving but that preference only goes so far.
