How does it compare with any other mechanical watches, especially chronos, you have?

I've read the SL4801 is a pretty reliable movement.

I have the earlier version with the 7750 clone as well and it the new movement is an improvement. The 7750- clone inherits it's oddities,. The new movement is very nice.
