I assume if the fleet isn’t able to shoot at bismarck in port it goes the other way too maybe? If not then bismarck is never in danger

The Bismarck could conceivably lose here. First she sails around sinking any ships she can find and eventually needs to restock ammo and fuel. While in port, the fleet surrounds Bismarck in a semi circle and waits for her to exit. Assuming she does, thousands of wooden hulled ships tangle together in a long string and Bismarck has to make a break for it or be fully encircled. She rams through part of the line but the sailing ships’ rigging gets caught and she ends up dragging dozens if not hundreds of ships alongside her. Faster ships begin to ram her stern, hoping to jam her propellers. Her pace now at a crawl, the more modern ships of the fleet close in to range to pummel the Bismarck’s superstructure with exploding shot. Fires are started, ready-use ammo racks for the secondary and AA batteries detonate and cause further damage. Her less protected bow and stern begin to leak from continued hits in the same areas, causing flooding. The fires eventually spread lower in the ship, and she loses power and her firefighting ability is reduced. Magazines for the primary and secondary armaments have to be flooded to prevent detonation. If one of these magazines are not flooded in time, detonation occurs and sinks her. If not, the bow and stern are slowly chewed off by the continued barrage of iron shot and that flooding combined with the magazines’ flooding sinks her. If Bismarck ever leaves port, she dies

Hits to the superstructure could possibly start fires and detonate secondary battery and AA ammo, if the fires got out of hand there’s a chance they spread lower and cause serious damage. Navies were using exploding shot by 1860 so their guns could conceivably damage bismarck if they get close enough
