We know he's faster than BA was at that point in his training.

People think that wallys is getting stronger off of Barry's speed force like in the comics or something(which I haven't read). So if anything it will cap once Barry or if Barry ever stops getting faster. So I think the flash will always be faster.

Right, but this is a Flash show. This is a Barry Allen show. People would flip their shit if they made One of the new recruits of arrow more powerful than Oliver Queen.

They won't, but him being on a faster pace is canonically sound.

It would matchup with the comics, but they never made Wally faster than barry until after Crisis, once Barry wasn't the main character of the comic. As long as Barry is the main character they shouldn't change Barry as being faster, or at least the "better" speedster.
