Elsewise, including A3's costs in A2's budget would be fraud. A3 will be cheaper than A2 because A2's costs are inflated by the new technology, but that's entirely different than saying A3's costs are included in the cost of A2. It was certainly cheaper for logistical purposes like soundstage infrastructure, costume and wardrobe department stuff, and whatever travel had to happen, but they will itemize time spent filming scenes for A2 accordingly. Also important for keeping track of credits; they would have had to be acutely aware of who was working on content for A3 and A2.

I've never heard these spoken anywhere. Not at the time, not now. I remember Avater being popular because it was a very long movie with great effects and revolutionary 3D techbology, all of which made it distinct and interesting and compelling. It was basically seen as an amusement park ride you can experience at home. It was always meant to be derrivative and not taken that seriously. They called the mcguffin unobtanium for that reason. The plot was always only ever an excuse to explore some aspect of a visual medium. Something about the names of these characters tickles the part of my brain that instantly makes me forget about trying to remember them.

Avatar was too long, I think that's a product of Cameron's emphasis on a visual medium and neglect of the poetic medium. A scene is included on a storyboard for the cinematic opportunities it allows. Almost all of the scenes in the middle of the movie were there because they allowed for dope VFX of whales and shit. Of course some of the content is relevant, like what's her name being passionate about Ewa and nature and becoming some kind of witch or whatever, and then the younger son's relationship with the the outcast whale. But you could probably cut 2/3rds of that pastoral slow burn in the middle, which is basically a single step or character development for 2 or 3 of the children that takes an hour and a half. And what character development there was wasn't subtle and felt very repetitive - I can only watch Jake Sully play hard ass dad who is tough on his kids exatcly the same way he did earlier so many times before it feels like the movie thinks I'm stupid. And it really throws the pacing off for me, because the end comes full circle with the start quite nicely, it's just everything in between that feels untidy. I would say there's nothing wrong with movie length so long as there's enough meat on the bones on the script that it can still be paced well.

I'm not saying yell at her, I'm saying don't pull your punches expressing how it makes you feel just to spare her from experiencing bad feelings which are a consequence of her own actions. A lot of people would take this as a very inimate betrayal. You've said elsewhere that you wouldn't consider breaking up with her because she is already hurt, and this would destroy her. I'm just trying to make sure you're putting yourself first in how you think about all of this, because how she might feel about a breakup caused by betraying you should not be a relevant factor, only how you feel. Don't pity her or feel bad for her and withold expressing how much this is affecting you, in ways you might not fully understand yet. Don't spare her emotional pain by minimizing whatever she has done to hurt you. It's normal to want a GF who defends someone they claim to love, anxiety disorder / past trauma or otherwise. If your friends were talking about her, would you sit their quitely while they said they were sorry her tits were so small, while they degraded her and humiliated her? You sound like you care deeply about your partner, so I would imagine you would feel compelled to leap to your feet and defend her. But she didn't do that for you. Can you live with that kind of unbalance in your relationship? She offered information to them, she let them degrade you, and then lied about it by omission for months. These are the people she surrounds herself with? Why does she fit in so well with people who think like this? I'm not saying you need to be furious and flying off the handle, I just want to make sure that you've fully explored how all of this makes you feel before you file this issue as resolved and bury it.

Honestly, none of them. I like all the actors and actresses, but if I know nothing about their future plot or where they'll fit into the connected universe, I honestly can't say of them. Maybe Kang, but that's it.

I don't think Disney cares about internal viewership numbers that much (these are from a 3rd party source anyways). How did it rank among all streaming shows across all platforms? How much of that is because it had more episodes than any of their other shows? Does it have the good word of mouth to bring in new subscribers? How much did it cost to create and advertise? How about rewatchability?

Literally, there are posts from nurses talking about how they get in early and set everything up, and everything after is a guessing game as to when the Dr. chooses to get out of bed and show up. Those aren't people doing their best. There are many bad apples.

Okay, but the consequence of that is poorer health for Americans. If the line is going to be "shit happens, we can't control anything ever, and so appointments are rules for you and suggestions for us so be prepared to wait hours", then the only way to go to an appointment is to write off the entire day because you just can't plan around it. And most people can't afford that or put up with that hastle, and won't until it's a serious that eats up more of your time and sets everyone back further. I understand this is an explanation, but what we need is a solution because the way it currently works is an unmitigated disaster.
