I'm starting to get bored with this game. I'm sitting on 3.5k crystals ATM. Do you think that's a good amount reserved for when the update hits?
Or are you guys betting on it being a real good update and renewing?
It's possible I might just renew anyway since Google Opinion Rewards is my sugar daddy and I don't really have much else to spend on in the play store. Any other suggestions?

It's the one year anniversary. I renewed mine because if it's a huge update, you'll want the crystals already accumulated. As people have said, the price is negligible. If this one year update turns out to be a flop, I'll just finish up the stash and leave because if this update flops, I highly doubt this game is going to get any better.
I renewed, but only because I know for certain that I'm not done with this game yet. I still have many goals to work towards that have nothing to do with the bad features that came with the last update.
Ask yourself some questions first.
Would you be willing to walk away the game in a week or so? If you did, how long until you came back (if you did ofc)?
There's always a big jump from 'starting to get bored with a game' and actually stopping to play it.
I personally want to see this game get better or at the very least keep me entertained for the months to come. Therefore, imho, I bought the Stark stash to help support NM in the hopes that this game does get better and they keep updating it for me to continually play.
If you're getting bored and don't expect to log in for the next 30 days and you did want to use your Sugar Daddy bucks, you'd be doing a fine job at financially supporting NM which is honorable in my books!
I quit renewing my SS two months ago. I didn't feel anything special with this game anymore. It went downhill for me
i'm holding out on my subscription for a good update, with civil war uniforms and stuff too maybe, not sure how far away that will all be though!
You should renew yours now, I'm betting we're getting either Punisher/Elektra uniforms this update, maybe getting Civil War stuff (although that could be May)

You should wait for the update and decide then. Until we get a good update NM gets not a cent more from me. 6 freaking months since an even slightly decent update has me worried.
I'm in the same boat. If I had more then 60 cents in my bank account I would renew mine. I'm going to give NM another chance to see if they can remedy their mistakes. Even still, ignoring 2.0, I still have a few personal goals I'm working on within the game.
How much have you been playing in the past two weeks? I find myself still playing the same amount and enjoying the good content, so I renewed mine a few days ago just to show my support. If you find yourself logging in less and less, and see the game as more of a chore than a nice distraction from RL, then I would suggest not renewing. Every time I have quit a game, I knew about two weeks in advance because the game was no longer fun and I dreaded logging in. I didn't care how much I had invested in it either, in the end all those pixels mean nothing in RL.
Don't renew.
I think 3.5k crystals is a decent amount so even if you wait and the update hits you should have enough to buy the stuff you need. If you are not sure then wait and see, I doubt you will regret it.
Just wait until the next big update comes and renew then if it gets you re-energized

The biometrics one gives Carnage biometrics. The Stark Stash is just crystals, as far as I know. I've never bought any of them myself, but now that I'm doing Google Opinion Rewards I'm working my way toward my first Stark Stash purchase. Those surveys aren't very fast at earning money, even to get to something of this low a price.

I think I did too on my other account. I'm doing it with two Google accounts, and I use one for Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, and I intend to use the other for Marvel Future Fight. I have been doing it for two or three weeks at most, but it's pretty slow. I'm still at something like $2.11 on the one I use with this game, and I haven't had a chance to get my first Stark Stash yet. I'm hoping I get it in time to have some decent amount of crystals for the anniversary event, since I've just depleted what I had saved up getting uniforms. Finally got Floki and Blingpin uniforms. Hoping to get Throot before the sale is over too, but that will take Stark Stash coming in sooner than it likely will. I'm not using real money, but I'm okay with using Google rewards, because there's never anything else I'll use them for. I don't pay for apps ever. Crystals in these two games are the only thing I want to use them for.
How long have you been doing the Google rewards? Anecdotally, I feel like the longer I've been on it, the more I've made in a given period of time.
I've only been doing it a couple weeks, but I've heard from lots of people who say the surveys start coming less frequently as time goes on, and eventually they just stop. Maybe it's the way they were answering questions, though.
I bet many of the regular stash user didn't renew it, well, like u said, we get bored. Just hold on for few days until the new patch notice release, I would say.
Mine ran out a week ago and I'm waiting to see if the next update is any good. I have like 11,000 crystals so I'm probably good either way

I held back and didn't renew, i have like 8500 crystals. To me the price for it is really negligible. I just have this feeling in my gut that the good days we had with this game are over. I don't want to give the impression to Netmarble (yes I know I don't matter :) ) that their game still deserves the money with the way it has been handled the past 3 months or so.
