I was at target last week and some guy was shaking blaster boxes. I've never seen that one before. Maybe he thinks he could hear a relic?

I bought one for the kids to open yesterday and it was fun. I wasn't expecting almost all green and red parallels which were cool. We did pull a /50 Eldridge but don't expect to get much if any monetary value from these if that's what you're after.

I used to get Disney+ as an add on for $1 on my TMobile Hulu subscription, but they did away with that a few months ago. I've been getting Hulu and Disney bundle for $5 a month for 3 months email offers but I'm holding out to see if there is a Black Friday deal. I actually haven't missed Disney+ much but I would like to see Mandalorian and Grogo (sp?), Vison, and Roy Story 5.

I've never seen the movie but I had a middle school teacher with movie posters all over his room and this was one of them. I wondered what the movie was then and now I know finally.

Yeah I live close to it and $30 is too much for me for what it is. Its basically SW or LW and putter. Walking Hillendale is cheaper... plus there they have a free pitching practice area which is near as good practice as the Oak.

It is perfect for my wife and kids, though, who are picking up the game, but then for all of us to play it's $90 (they do have a $15 rate for kids). We also usually only play 9 due to it getting backed up with a wait at the 1st. I did just caddie for the kids a couple of times and that was fine. Anyway, news flash golf is expensive and I wish it wasn't.

Amazing experience. The food somehow seemed even better for the reception. 

It mostly good manners to not park in front of someone's house if it can be helped. I happen to have a neighbor with a work van that parks in the only small space in front of my house because his garage is full of crap so he can't park in there. It sucks on garbage day and when I have people over. But hey, it's 100% legal so fuck me.

We quit going a few years ago. Growing up it was a great experience if even just for the food and people watching. Now it's just no fun paying $20 for a turkey leg and $8 for a hotdog etc multiplied times a family of 4. The crowds are tough, too. It feels like you're spending half your time dodging giant strollers, kids, and spatially oblivious people.

Man, I hadn't bought an jumbo in years and decided to for a change. Got a Kurtz napkin, an auto of some Barco pitcher guy if I'm even remembering his name correctly, and nothing else really special. I'm cursed.

There was definitely a less offensive way to tell the joke, like go into how he has the loosest clothing possible while the girls are the opposite blah blah blah. You can see that awkward lil' stinker grin on his face when he says the w word. He knew what he was doing.

Edit: For the record I am liberal and didn't condone the joke. I'm just agreeing Shane is probably loving this. It's who he is.

If I'm not getting a phone plus perks there's no reason for me not to switch to Mint, US, Cricket, whatever and save money

Probably a dumb question but I am getting no alerts from my phone on this? I checked my android safety and emergency settings and everything is set to on.

I've been playing golf for a long time and have played every classification of iron along the way. When I was playing my best I'd get a lot of feel in my hands at impact, almost like it was slowed down and I had control over the shot. Blades or players irons worked the best then by far. 

Now I'm playing jacked loft GI irons and I don't get that feel at all. It's more like hitting a hybrid or fairway wood. 

I'd agree something like a players distance iron might be the best for a lot of golfers. Something with good feel and some forgiveness built in.

Ollie's has a good selection of cheap dog toys. I can't guarantee they won't get shredded, though. My dog's favorite activity is getting every bit of stuffing out of any toy and spreading it as much as possible around the house.

I didn't know, but one day I was near Triangle Area Trading Cards and it was a sports card release day (Topps NBA maybe?) so I stopped by. They had them in stock for near msrp for the day and I grabbed a blaster box.

I just looked at their Facebook page and for pokemon 30th they had an 11am and 5pm release times. No idea of the price but it seems like a good idea to do that. You might want to ask their plans if you're ever in there.

I've been getting a lot of scam survey texts lately. I wouldn't bother with them. I looked up one link from one I got the other day (like usasrvy.io?) and it said it's a scam.

I thought there would be a good angle where on press your luck now they have all these personal, heart string pulling prizes (like pottery with Seth Rogan might have been) but they just had the one joke and not a great ending.

My kid's elementary school had a curriculum night last week and student counsel posters lined the hallways. 90% of them were AI cartoons of the kids running with the 4 different fonts and piss filter. 

It was reported a pretty long time ago (maybe a year?) it was going to be a Jagger's chicken tender place. I don't know if that's still the case.

I had that shaft in I think a R1 driver I had. It was a pretty hefty premium one

Tommy, Andrew, Ben, and others could really shine in the parts Mikey plays. Nothing against him but we've seen his take on these characters so many times over many years I'd rather see someone else get the chance. The young cast is great.
