This is exactly why I'm too nervous to just leave thsi attached to my phone. I didn't know it had a hinge kickstand thing until I got it tbh, I'd like it to just stay in place

I swear it's always the white models that suffers from cracked hinges
Had a black Ayaneo Flip DS, and a relative-in-law had the white one. Theirs cracked first. Dropped mine once, and still no cracks.

My left Joystick does a click sound when I flick it upward. everywhere else it’s more like a thock. The right joystick thock all around. Kinda disapointed it’s doing that.

Mine had a crack out of the box, I already opened a ticket. I think sending me a new plate should be good enough but yeah it shouldn’t have these issues. I wonder how many black hinges are cracked and they’re just getting missed

my clear was also cracked on receipt and now its completely broken. this is such a widespread issue its unacceptable. you know what's worse though? now they're sending me a white when I backed this thing a year ago for clear. Just another middle finger to early backers. Im gonna make a full separate post soon

This is the first thing I noticed after getting mine and inspecting it, I looked at that hinge and said to my wife "that will probably be the first thing that breaks"

For what they're charging, these things really are built like crap. They cost almost as much as a fully dedicated Android handheld like the RP5 G2.

Mine just started today. Not even a month old.
Edit: Battery also would not charge to 100 & drop about 10-20% since day one after a full charge.
Really disappointed in this purchase and won’t be recommending to anyone.
