Tapos na ang 1st quarter, layoffs and resignation ay talamak pag gantong panahon. Yung panic kasi last time last quarter and first quarter, wala na talaga magrerecruit non kasi bonus and adjustments respectively ang nangyayari

Confused ako, Kasi may nabasa akong about sa economy etc kaya medyo pangit yung job opening. Kakabasa ko lang nito last month I think? So di sya connected (Yung sa economy) kaya onti yung mga job openings last month tama ba? Kasi base dito dipende sa quarter ng taon kaya dumadami yung openings eh
Not sure if RTO has anything to do with it. Before I get flamed hula ko lang to a. Yun bang mga nagmemessage sayo full RTO na? Baka nagsialisan yung mga employees at naghanap ng hybrid or full work from home setup.

Yung mga wfh based siguro kaya hindi na naghahanap kasi puno pa. Sa kanila nagsipuntahan 😅
