Our cats are free to roam outside. They also poop in the lawn. Thankfully, the farthest they will go is on top of our car sa road or sa ilalim. The moment they hear people, a car or motor pass by, they come back jolting inside. Pero most of the time, inside cats pa rin sila.
Should you let them out? If the un-kapon cat is a male, no. One of our first cats were let out before getting neutuered. That led him to behave like a stray male cat - aggressive, doesnt wanna come home na, and sprays everywhere. Even after nakapon, that didnt change except the spraying.
If female naman, obviously mabubuntis yan.
Risks for viral infection are higher because of all the stray cats.
Im not against letting cats outside. If nasanay sila sa loob and kapon na sila, they tend to be careful of outside elements. So if they do go outside, they know to be careful with unfamiliar things. At least yan experience ko with ours. Pero the most they do kasi is sunbathe sa bubong or painit sa ilalim ng kotse.

Ano naman if gumagamit ng AI?
Any devs who knew how to code before AI should still know how to. Test them thoroughly and then when hired, block any AI in their work device?
reddit04029
Technically, no.
Then again, dependency injection is not Spring-specific. To be more precise, dependency injection is Spring’s way of achieving IoC.
So, you technically don’t need Spring. If your classes are independent, you can create and use them without it. Even if your classes need to work together, you can manage their dependencies manually or use another DI framework.
IoC is a design principle, DI is one way to implement it, and Spring is just one framework that provides DI and other features.

Why do you say it like it’s that easy 😂

We dont hire juniors anymore. 😬 Always seniors, sometimes have to ask if pwede mid level, and thats at least 3-5 years exp.
Business wants quick ramp up time. This is true for two fintechs Ive worked for (prev and current company).

Ganyan din samin. Mas malala pa kapag pasko.
I remember last yr December, lets say nagcollect sila Monday. Sisigaw yan sila “basuraaaaa. Te basuraaaa” tas bibigay yan sila ng sobre pamasko raw. Sige bigay ako 100.
Come the ff day or Wednesday, sigaw uli ng basura. Sabay bigay uli ng sobre, pamasko raw. Sabi ko “kakabigay ko lang ahh??”
“Ahh iba yun sila sir”. Like bruh ahhaah.
Anyway, kada daan nila di pwedeng walang mabigay. Kaya kapag dumadaan sila, dali dali ako maglights off and sara ng kurtina sabay tago 😂

Youre not obligated to stay and are free to join another company the same way the newhires joined yours.
Moving jobs will always, well at least a lot of times, be superior in terms of salary increases. Even when compared to promotions. You might even get both when moving.

Confirm with your ISP. Ive seen this before na end of contract tas they stopped paying kasi akala nila no obligation nila. Months later gulat sila nasa collections na sila
reddit04029
End of contract is just the lock-in period. Meaning, you can now switch ISPs without paying a pre-termination fee. You are still subscribed to them until you file a formal disconnection.

Wag ka sa Grab kung gusto mo mura. May patong na si Grab, may delivery fee pa. Add to that na fast food super mahal na rin.
95 na cheeseburger sa Mcdo to give you perspective. Di pa yan sa Grab.

Time to get a sigma 18-50 🤔

I’ve stopped going to Jabee na. Or any JFC. Mygahd, I go to the gym so I frequent Mang Inasal. Minsan if di makakapunta sa branch, I grab. From 150 to 204 na ang PM2 sa Grab :)))

Business does not have the time and capacity to train when there are a bunch of experienced candidates with relevant experience already.
When one leaves the team, we obviously want someone who need little ramp-up time. Teams no longer have the ability and time to proactively teach members especially in the age of AI where productivity is expected to be WAY higher because higher-ups think AI makes our life easier. It’s like we’re always catching up on something. There are barely any calm periods.
For the case of fresh grads, I’ve been with 2 fintech companies. The teams that I have been part of, even the department in general, essentially stopped hiring juniors. It’s always at minimum mid level. Not L1, not L2, but at least L3.

You can check the site of Globe to see which condos in the barangay have Globe Fiber. That's what I did to narrow down the list of condos to choose from. Like this:
But for you and your budget, Eton has GFiber (currently in Eton but will be leaving na soon). Pet friendly, great pool. You can actually do lap swimming. I've only seen like 5 ipis in my 2-year stay here.
Only gripe is the units can be small.
Some units will advertise 20k+ but you can definitely negotiate. My rent was 18.5k.
