TL;DR;

Friday September 5th @ 6:30pm
Golden Age Brewery
337 East 8th AvenueHomestead, PA, 15120

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for reading.

This coming Friday will be the 50th R*nning of the Iron City Hash House Harriers. We are a social-first, all-levels of ability^*, running/hiking/walking group.

For our 50th, we are leaning into the Golden anniversary as a theme.

Meet at Golden Age brewery @ 6:30pm.

Wear gold as a costume theme.

Bring forms of payment for snacks and beverages on, or after, trail.

^* - You have to be able to walk, or get around on uneven/treacherous ground at a walking pace.

If you have questions, please ask.

Where is Golden Hour Brewery located? I don’t see anything local when I google it. Do you mean Golden Age Brewery in Homestead perhaps?

Hello,

I'm interested but don't drink. What's the consensus on just joining in for the run/adventure?

For sure, we normally have NA beverages available as well as water. I don't know what Golden Age has specifically, but it seems like many breweries have some NA option these days as well.

What location are you going to be exploring? Like a factory, house, etc?

Outdoors. I may be misusing the term a little bit. (I did purposely NOT write Urbex) I really mean going off the beaten path places.

For full clarity, I don't know. I'm just the person posting the event to reddit, part of the charm/fun of it, is we are playing a chase game, where a runner gets a head start and we follow a path they mark.

It could be going anywhere. We do, sometimes, get into structures and that sort of thing, but it isn't a guarantee. But we as a group do not know where we are going.
