Amen it’s so annoying imo and I wish the show was just focused on knowledge and not the weird response format.

Best of luck to you. I transitioned from Concerta to Jornay in January and have had a lot of success with it. I’m 41 for what’s it worth and just the way it has changed my relationship with mornings alone has been pretty life changing and overall I’ve had a really positive experience that’s been worth some headaches with insurance etc. I’m waking up refreshed without an alarm clock every morning and keeping a healthy routine and have just been a more effective person all around imo. I’ve struggled with sleep my whole life so between this and getting treated for sleep apnea in the last few years, I finally feel recharged, alert, and energized when I wake up and it’s awesome.
