Thoughts on actual gameplay? I want people's perspective on mechanics, units, etc. Does anyone here actually play against other humans?

Its genuinely very good. It's a bit slower than Starcraft 2 without being boring, which I think is exactly what they were aiming for. I find it to be quite fun but maybe part of that is I've just been so hungry for a new Blizzard style RTS for so long, but I do think it scratches that itch quite well while still feeling fresh.
A lot of the units are fairly interesting and feel good to use. Not even one inf t3 is odd, though.

To be fair, inf has had flayed dragon for a long time.
