i cant suggest you any wifi cards, i only researched compatible ram since thats all i really needed to get boosted
CL22 its to high, try to get bellow 18

CL = RAM Latency So higher CL higher latency.

Sup bro! Well, i would recommend something bellow CL18, because CL its the latency of read and write on RAM.
So, 1st check what its the max MHZ your motherboard can handle, and after that check some SO-DIMM RAM with that max MHZ and, CL18 and above.
