This is the recipe I used except with corn starch instead of potato. Machine is nothing fancy, a Hamilton Beach 29885.

I’ve had some really good GF bread from local bakeries but this stuff is just as good!

How was it? Could you tell the difference from regular bread?

So it’s less sweet than normal sandwich bread but still a very good flavor. More subtle. The crust is a perfect crunch and the inside came out very soft and spongy.

If you’re talking about normal, non-GF bread it’s hard for me to compare as I never made bread at home before going GF.

The sponginess is what I was referring too, sounds like it came out great!! I might have to get me a bread maker because I just have not found a store gf bread that curls my toes with texture. It’s always dry and gritty.

I've baked lots of different type of bread on my Bread maker, and I can tell that yours turned out pretty good indeed! Clearly, when using such machines, the results are usually all the same in terms of appearance, and in my personal opinion those kind of loafs are good the very same day you make them, then they get stale pretty quick

Thanks! It toasted really well and made for delicious avocado toast with an egg on top.
