If you add Healing Spirit + Spirit Bear to a Ronin charm, do you actually get a healing spirit bear? Or is it like Dirt Throw with Rancid + Fired Up, where one just doesn’t work?

Currently working on this! I don't see why it wouldn't. The idea of a healing ghost bear is something I cannot pass on!!!
Yeah I’ve wanted this for the longest time as well. Loving all of the new double perks, but this one is definitely at the top of the list.
Yeah I have this. If you use hidden blades super massive spirit kunai you can easily spawn 2 or even 3 bears at a time. Super fun.

spirit kunai is the legendary kunai for your ghost weapons (if you didn't know and it throws 3 kunai at a base amount) each kill with the kunai will reduce the cooldowns of everything that has a cooldown by 10 seconds I think I'm not too sure about that reduction
it can roll with super massive (which makes you throw only 2 kunai but they are very powerful)
but can also have the perk hidden blades (which makes you throw 5 which overrides the 2 max that super massive applies)
you can also use the ronin perk that lets you deal 50% more damage with your ghost weapons and you'll easily kill most enemies with 1 kunai each at bronze and silver difficulties but have slight problems in the higher difficulties

My bear doesn't heal...
You need to get a Ronin Charm to ki level 120. At ki level 120 you can add a second perk to it. The two perks you need for a healing spirit bear are Healing Spirit + Spirit Bear. These are only available on a Ronin Charm.

It does way better then the dogs. The bear is more aggressive and attack consistently unlike the dog which has a lot of down time between attacks. I’m very happy with the bear build I have.
