Advice? PM2 has bad lockstick

Recently installed blue titanium hardware on my PM2, cleaned thoroughly, replaced hardware and adjusted pivot how I like. Knife locks up hard, requires force and makes grinding/scratching sound when lock is finally disengaged. Tried taking apart and cleaning a second time, but it seems to me the new stop bar is out of tolerance or something. Wondering If I did something wrong, or just got a bad part. Knife worked great before and had no lockstick, and I've disassembled, cleaned, and sharpened it multiple times with no issues.

Put the original stop pin back in.

That would be smart, considered that, but I wanted it all to match. You're right tho, function over form

You could see if putting some lube or using a strop to soften the stop pin and see if that helps too, I’ve used my strop on a bunch of moving parts whenever something felt gritty

Lubing it made it worse, the compression lock barely fits between the lock bar and blade hilt, and I'm nervous about modding the lock in any way because I don't wanna go too far and have a loose lockup. I appreciate the input though, I will keep it in mind

So I tried to put the OG stop bar back, but the new screws are not compatible. Looking at the bar, I realized the ano was wearing off the bar where the lock rubs against it, so I lightly stropped it and re-assembled and it's much better. Still tight, but I think it'll wear in over time based on how the edge of the lock was wearing and the bar
