Announcing SQL Server on Linux - public preview

Well,

I've had two hard crashes on my docker deployed image so far. Looking at the server from SSMS it is formatting all paths C:\var\opt\mssql\log\ instead of URI paths or UNIX paths. There also appears to be some extended stored procedures that aren't working properly yet ether.

I cannot restore AdventureWorks 2016 Due to the FILESTREAM group. I was advised its known issue on #sqlhelp on twitter and to use AdventureWorks 2014.

looks like I am standing up a linux SQL server this weekend to give this a go.
