Sent package with i485, i131 and i765 on 11/11, delivered 11/12. Sent to Chicago USCIS office through USPS. And we're IN CHICAGO. No receipt notice on email or mail yet. Marriage based application. Sent cashier's checks.
What's happening here? Anyone on the same boat? Is there someone I can call to see what's going on with the application?

Wait for 30 days at least, mine was sent with a text notification form and only got it after 29 days. Only thing Id check is if USPS delivered the package to the box office
Yeah that’s the first thing I did. It was delivered the next day. Just gotta wait I guess, not much to do. Too damn frustrating though!
Let me cheer you up. I've read the Chicago lockbox goes fast, compared to the Elgin one I sent it to. Also when they updated me, they gave me like 3-4 new updates, 2 on the 131 with RFE and 2 on the i-485 in a period of 4 days after the updates
My i765 was rejected bc of some errors but I got it shortly after they updated my cases. best advice? Just forget about this whole thing, enjoy life, even the bad moments. Stress when you are crossing the bridge but for now it hasn't arrived yet! Be safe !

Sent mine 11/07 but haven’t received anything yet too.
My wife's PD was 5-30-2024. Received text receipts on July 3rd. Money order cashed on July 3rd. Coincidentally July 3rd was the date I sent my second email to lockbox support. I don't believe late receipts and check cashing slows processing.

Update: Case Notice Received today 12/9, but on the tracker it says case was received on 11/12, that same day that it was delivered.

Anyone know how long after biometrics do cases get a decision?
I resubmitted my AOS to the Chicago Lockbox as well since it was rejected due to incorrect payment amount. My lawyer adjusted the amount and resubmitted. PD 02/27/25 through FedEx, delivered and signed by uscis agent on 02/28/25 . Up till now I haven't received a receipt notice. The wait is really frustrating.
not sure who to call. i've seen multiple people say uscis has 30 days to send you receipt and only after that can you inquire.
My PD is May 22nd and they accepted my case on July 3rd lol. Just wait, they will process it, but it was very stressful for me because of the wait!
