I always recommend having Lea help you with Arlecchino on first playthroughs. Not just because it makes the fight easier, but because it’s excellent for the story

Damn, lucky stiff. This is the one thing I still haven’t found. I got Rubenstein’s Monster, I’ve become Cormorant, I’ve gotten Mecha Junken. But no High Dragunfire.

Definitely learn to parry, if not in this playthrough then in your next. It’s good to have all your options available.

Throwables are your friend. They do great damage and are fast. Tyrannical Predator is also very weak to fire, and remember that enemies that are burnt will take bonus fire damage while they are burnt. Flamberge is really excellent here, if you have it upgraded.

Assuming you’re running a technique build, consider swapping the Lorenzini Bolt blade for the Tyrant Murderer’s Dagger blade. That blade + City Longspear handle is a well-known powerful combo. Basically it just does crazy DPS and has crit chance, and its two fable arts make its DPS and crit chance even higher.

Also, a lot of people say Tyrannical Predator is not a parry boss, but I disagree. His timings are weird and definitely he’s not the easiest boss to learn to parry, but he only has so many moves and the parry timing is consistent among them. The boss likes to trap you in a corner and chew on you, but that doesn’t really matter if you can parry, since you won’t be taking much damage anyway.
