OMG, it works! Thank you for sharing, you just saved me having to redo this is entire quest. (Rage Quit Avoided)

Same, I would love to know how to avoid this. (for legal purposes)

I figured it out! You’ll need a remote control (I’m using an Xbox 360 controller). When assigning keys with your controller, press and hold the right joystick, then right-click your mouse. Initially, nothing will happen. Exit the configuration menu and hover over the last selected block—you should see it.
If this doesn’t work for you, I’ve posted it on the Trailmakers Workshop titled “Right Click Logic Gates.” I’ve assigned the right-click function to each logic gate for each input. Simply unbind the ones you don’t need.
Happy building! 🎮

I believe, you need remote control, just click the right trigger. Then save it as a blue print and go back to playing with mouse. I could be wrong, lmk if this works.

I didn't notice that, but it's wild people don't expect better. It's one thing if the game is free and in exchange they collect data, like WarThunder (I don't play those games for that reason). I guess I'm just getting old and angry lol. I remember better times, technology improvements were supposed to impower the user, not box them in. But what can you expect when main street dies and corporations only value shareholders. I think I'm getting beyond the scope of the EULA though I'm going to stop before I get banned or something lol.

I wish we could gather enough people to actually do that. I already changed my review of the game on steam to a negative one with an explanation. I saw a couple other people had as well, but if more people did it, more players would start to notice. At least that's one way to get their attn.

Lets do it, I hate these shady business practices!

I'm still on the S-7! Once it finally breaks I'm going to Fairphone or making my own phone with a raspberry pi.
Sorry just saw this. Depends on the mouse and mouse software. I have a Logitech 502 Hero so using Logitech G Hub I assign extra mouse buttons to the unused keys to something like []\;',./. I've never tried the scroll wheel but I'm guessing no because it is used for the camera's.
