Been skipping arm day again, huh?

Getting AI to write an entire cohesive app is a skill in and of itself, so either way it’s a win for your son. And the teacher saying “AI has no place in any classroom” demonstrates their ignorance about the technology.
13thtryatausername
Yes, I’ve seen this twice on our HW4 car.
It does seem to be related to the map, because the first time I saw it, I had the expanded visualizations enabled and it only glitched out in the top right corner where it displays the map.

What’s your source for this information?
13thtryatausername
Same here and I agree.
13thtryatausername
Except this isn’t a valid comparison. Phone call scams don’t improve by orders of magnitude year over year. This is coming for us all and it’s only a (short) matter of time before you, too, accept AI images as real.

Holy shit, that little AP has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Amazing it was still working at all!

I posted this in a comment right above yours.
I have a HW4 car on 12.5.2 and a HW3 car on 12.3.6 and the speed issues on 12.5.2 are notably worse. It accelerates too hard and manages its speed like it’s either drunk or stoned, going too fast at times (e.g., 40 in a 25) and too slow at others. It’s actually quite frustrating. On rural backroads, it will gradually lose speed over time, dropping by 1 MPH every 30-60 seconds.

I agree they are worse. We have a ‘21 M3P and just got a ‘24 LR RWD and the new model has several issues (imo) with the lights. They are less sensitive than our ‘21 and they definitely need to introduce a way to turn OFF auto high beams WITHOUT having to engage the high beams directly.
I was driving through town the other night and I wanted to preemptively turn off auto high beams, but doing so causes you to flash your high beams, which is just annoying.

At least we’re all in this together.

If you’re living in an illegal state, only break one law at a time. If you’re smoking, be on your Ps and Qs - no driving, stay out of public, etc.

CriticGPT is what they are calling it, I believe. It’s another model.
Edit: maybe not, actually. CriticGPT appears to be geared towards code output. Not sure what this is.

I got him the day he was released and he is still one of my favorite frames. DE just brought him down from “unquestionably broken” to “pretty OP”.
Pro tip: Invest some forma in Noctua and you won’t be disappointed. It’s unexpectedly fun!
13thtryatausername
Damn y’all are some savages in here.
I think this is great, OP!
Just a fun suggestion I thought of: you could write a few lyrics from your favorite Warframe song, Ordis quote, etc going around the frame.

If you have the white interior, go darker than you think you need. I got the white interior and it’s great except for how bright it makes the cabin.

The React team is working on a compiler that does just this: React Forget
(Not technically the same approach, but the result is the same)

After self driving, an entire ecosystem of in-car software opens up overnight, and while there may not be a lot of innovation there, I’m sure it will be an exciting space. That said, personally I’m excited to see where Tesla takes the manufacturing world. Similar to FSD, I’m not sure other companies really understand what Tesla is doing “under the hood”. They are quietly revolutionizing manufacturing in a way that will turn yet another industry on its head.

I called all the local auto repair/tire shops in my area and asked if they did alignments on Teslas. Most of them wouldn’t do it at all. A couple only did toe alignment and not camber.
The one I found that did everything charged me ~$150.
Hope that helps!

I think mine came with the Pirellis, but I can’t remember for sure. Either way, the factory tires were the best, especially when it comes to road noise.
Even though the Falkens were subject to bad alignment, the tread life seemed pretty terrible. I don’t think I’ll be getting them again.

Just got these put on: https://www.discounttire.com/buy-tires/toyo-tire-proxes-sport-a-s/p/89572
Before the Toyos, I had these: https://www.discounttire.com/buy-tires/falken-azenis-fk510/p/39678

This entire thread could be used as a case study as to why you’re failing.
I don’t have any advice to give you other than you may want to take some time to collect your thoughts and analyze the comments you’ve made in this thread. I think you have some soul-searching to do.

‘21 M3P @ 51k miles and we’re on our 3rd set of shoes. One set got chewed through by poor alignment, so definitely get that checked out as someone else mentioned.
The messaging in the app is trash, period. I think they should remove it all together until they really buckle down and make it a core part of the UX.
Pairing phrases that are... subjective-at-best, to core health metrics is a really strange decision. "You'll pull through", "Treat yourself today - you've earned it", "Something keeping you down?" ... What do users get out of this?
There are not enough positive affirmations in the world to make up for hitting someone with some of these phrases at the wrong time on the wrong day.
I tend to just ignore everything but the numbers in the app now, but my wife and I have both complained to each other about this very thing so I felt the need to share.
