Thanks. I've tried recreating what happened. I was able to place prefabs directly on the grass and it automatically added the foundations, so I'm not sure why you weren't able to. The dynamite tool should reset everything back to grass, so I'm not sure why that isn't working. What happens if you place the prefab back and clear it with just the dynamite tool?
