My friend is actually selling me a Baby Buddha wearable (unopened) for $100! Which is insane. But I would need to buy new nipples for my bottles, so honestly probably under $200 but that was worst case scenario

What a dumb comment, a child can't blind a dog in one eye in a split second with a bite to the face.

Lol my daughter is 23 months and barely scribbles. Your child is fine :)

lol was this advice from your mom or MIL? They seem to feel very strongly about it but it's definitely outdated

I spent the day sobbing for the exact same reason. I told my husband yesterday was the day I felt least like a mother in the whole 9 months I've been pregnant. He admitted he didn't realize how important it was to me otherwise he would have done something. He said he doesn't experience the same changing body and kicks and constantly thinking about her like I do so he doesn't feel like a dad yet, so he didn't realize how much I felt like a mom. I feel like I even gave pretty obvious hints that O was excited for my first Mother's Day and clearly they weren't clear enough... Now I'm stupidly doing my best to not get my hopes up that he'll do something next weekend because I really don't think he'll think about it but ugh... I spent my first mother's day in tears and I'll never get it back. I'm sad to see so many other momma's in the same situation.

Same!! It was very surprising. I spent the day sobbing.

Same! I cried the most yesterday than I have this whole pregnancy. I felt the least like a mother than I have in the last 9 months. It was a very sad day.
Wearable has been a game changer for me. Wish I did it with my first (granted i only occasionally pump). Love the baby buddha with collection cups!!
