A lip lift? Yes. A lip flip? Yes. Purposefully widening the mouth? No, IDT so! The mouth widening is a very unwanted side effect of a face lift (to be avoided at all cost) - Mouth widening is especially associated with the old style surface skin lift-and-tighten type of lift.

Judging from her natural brows in her before photo - Nope! Highly unlikely, if not impossible!
