My buns are both sloppy water drinkers. What I’ve had success with is keeping a fresh towel handy near their area and after they take a drink or eat some wet greens I give their chin a good wipe down. They hate it at first but what I found is after doing that for a couple weeks they start to preemptively groom their face so they can avoid the towel treatment which cuts down on the lingering wetness. You do want to keep them as dry as possible because long term wet chin can cause skin problems but as long as it isn’t a dental issue like others have mentioned I wouldn’t panic too much as long as they are still eating and pooping like you said. But definitely alert your exotic rabbit vet and follow their instructions.
