Both these goalies are terrible.

I tend to agree with you. It's basically Waddle 2.0 from last year. Take a known talent that gives you an immediate boost in a SB window vs. a late 1st round pick where nothing has fallen our way in two straight drafts.
2rio2
Yup he's probably the most valuable asset they're willing to let go so try are trying to drum up a 1st for him. Someone might get anxious enough and do something dumb around the deadline like they did for Sauce last year, but it won't be us.
2rio2
Zero chance unless he forces something.
2rio2
That was sort of the point of the scene in the first episode this season.
"Tons of kids have divorced parents, I'm fine with my own boyfriend, feel free to ignore me all season."
2rio2
I mean Esther and Sasha split up, that's another major plotline. But year you can skip all of S2 and not much a ton.
2rio2
Massive improvement. The characters are still silly but acting remotely like their age now.
2rio2
Bad quarterbacks costs their teams wins. It doesn't matter how good their stats are otherwise if they can't control the ball at the most critical moments of the game. And a 3 and out punt is always better than a short field on a turnover.
2rio2
His throwing has been poor all season (even in our opener when they eventually stomped us, he had some terrible throws). The difference is Seahawks have a good enough D to make him pay for those mistakes.
2rio2
Me too. Following the trends and vibes this week I feel like next Tuesday is going to have one real shocker and it's going to be SC or MS. The nepo sister angle is really hurting Graeme, the question is if it'll be enough.
2rio2
Turek has a more competent opponent, but the GOP ran a loon for governor that's going to help him.
2rio2
If I had to put money down right now I'd say 52 (keep GA/MI, flip NC, AK, OH, ME, TX). That seems the sweet spot in polling, trends, and early voting. I'd be pretty bummed if we topped out at 49 (OH, ME, TX falling off) and elated if we pull off 53+ (KS, IA, NE next mostly likely, followed by SC, MS). I don't think MT, ID, FL are realistic this cycle even in a wipeout event.
2rio2
Sorry I meant MS. MI should be a pretty straight forward win on even an ok blue wave night.
2rio2
Yes lol
2rio2
Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska are "blue tsunami" reaches. SC and MS* are the "absolute GOP wipeout" events.
2rio2
Yea, the incumbent should be near or above 50% to feel good at this point. Late undecideds usually break the same way, not 50/50. And it's rarely to the incumbent.
2rio2
Welcome to Nevada.
2rio2
Obama can work them up like no one else. They know he's funnier and more charming than them and it drives them crazy.
2rio2
Barron we have one more year to really worry about so if both are playing well and healthy KAD probably has first shot. My guess though is it's hard to keep PS2 healthy for 17 games a season + playoffs moving forward so will be a good problem to have.
2rio2
JMac also just has that sixth sense on making big impact plays. It's a position you can find a lot of replacement level guys on at scale, but someone with his IQ and talent in the position is one of the secret sauces to our entire scheme.
2rio2
No question. I like Moss a lot too, but he's (1) likely going to get PAID by someone else, and (2) thank God it looks like that Barron pick is working out because JMac is an absolute fracking baller. Outside PS2 and Allen he's the next player I would not want to see leave this D.

Rogue and Remy are both lightly POC coded, even though they are clearly white, by layering them with almost comedic accents that label them as sub-cultures outside the American mainstream. That said I think the nature of the X-men makes them easier to race bend than other heroes, outside specific examples like Ororo.
2rio2
Most of us in the sub were cheering for the fishes to break the record and totally bottom us out.
Totally worked. That game was a curse breaker.

Kermit out here beating Herbert even in the off-week.
Congrats to Fleetwood. Glad to get this cup out of the way.
