I've buried one of the passlode 16's into my thigh. All 3 1/2 inches of it. It's so fast you don't even know it happened.

Mink oil (There's cheaper stuff at your local target/walmart/saddle shop etc). Smear on, rub around, wipe off, look at it, smear around, wipe off, put more on, wipe off and you should be better than new. I'd take saddle soap to the whole thing to clean the leather first though.

I'll give the fan clutch a look see. Exhaust should be great, that was one of the first things that I completely replaced. Timing does need to be done though.

Really good job! If I may add one piece of advice, start filing the blade down with a good American steel file (I'm not saying they're always the best ...but they're the best). Get those hammer marks out completely or down to a minimum. You'll look back at it in the future and thank me. I'm just getting the hang of blades and starting to learn other things as well. Keep up the good work!

When I had matured enough and had finally accepted that I will never be truly free, in the most literal sense possible. Growing up, my grandfather told me stories of my ancestors that had been passed down from generation to generation. I'm half native American, I spent my summer vacations on the reservation and got to see some of where Grandpa said the tribe traveled and stayed. I'll never be that kind of free.
