IIRC some quest in the Season of the Chosen was called "With Blood and Iron" and supposedly it was tied to Nazis so they patched it too. There was something else too, with Battlegrounds names, but I forgor

It was a bounty called "Blood and Soil" which is a Nazi dogwhistle/phrase, and initially, the Cosmodrome Battleground was called Stormfront, an altright website
