We have a winner. Clever and fun!

Agreed. When I trained my dog for SAR, I joined a team and learned from the experience of others and the ins and outs. Experience is the mother of all teachers. It's helpful having someone critique you and your dog (you are one unit when together) live.

You give this action a command word. After dog continues and does it purposely on command, integrate it into other commands/training. Then eventually stop giving said command. I did this for my dog jumping on my chest. I did not like it, but then used it as a command when my dog found someone. It ended up being her response and telling me she found someone (she got certified SARTech I for wilderness area search).

Some regions the bears become more aggressive because of poor human interaction and not proper waste management. But, I do agree a mountain lion is definitely a larger threat. When they decide to attack you most likely wouldn't know until it's to late.

In Colorado 100%. Here in FL or the likes no need.

Both passing solid line is illegal. I bet they have a bit to much testosterone running in their blood. Well, as they say Funk around and find out.
