I went on a wild goose chase this year. Couldn’t recover after training, felt depressed and tired, had injuries and felt like an old sag of bones.

Went to the md for a test check. Oh we normally don’t do that for people your age.. are you having mental issues? Anything you worry about blabla. No everything is great and my family is supportive but I just feel like shit and just don’t feel happy. I explained that I did some digging that visceral fat aromatizes more free testosterone into oestrial which in turn increase body fat. and that that might have been the issue with me for a long time. I was always “lazy” my motor was always in economy gear.

We could only test for total test and he added some other things.

My total test was just above the low drop off but apparantly my vitamin d was way way below the reference point. Even after weeks of sun and holiday in sunny Crete.

On 50000ie vitamin d for 8 weeks and now on maintenance dose. My test is now in the middle of the reference range but I had high oestrial at the top range for males.

Heavily cut back on carbs. Almost keto. That is the only diet what works for me. I just eat carbs when going to train.

Maybe in my case vitamin d insufficiency and a tendency to build fat easily led to more and more visceral fat which continued the cycle since vitamin d is soluable in fat.

It’s about protecting women sports. An average man who identifies as a woman may completely dominate a woman’s sport. Which has already happened on occassion. There are federations who suggest a women’s only competition where only female born people what ever gender may compete and an open division where any sex and or gender may compete.

You are using subjectivity to proof a point on objective sex differences. What kind of argument are you even making? It has absolutely nothing to do with discrimination and everything. Ciswoman means she is born female. She has been wrongfully accused of being transwoman. That has absolutely nothing to do with cis men. Ie born male that they on average have more muscle mass, more strength and more endurance than cis women. Testosterone shapes you from even before birth.

It’s better to fix something before it becomes a problem. There is definite scientific evidence that transwomen have advantages due to higher levels of testosterone during their youth. Something that isn’t rectified or nullified by hormone therapies later on. People like to think that how the body was formed in earlier years is completely wiped out when the transition is being performed.

SpaceX and Blue Origin have totally different ideas and implementations. For instance. Blue origin achieved orbit only once. The rest was space hopping for recreational purposes and of course getting their vertical landing in order.

SpaceX has been putting stuff in orbit like you wouldn’t believe and why starship is magnificently failing is because they want to make the most efficient system with the least amount of parts and money. Every flight is an experimental stress test. Totally opposite of what nasa used to do and what blue origin is doing. Over dimensioning having a lot of fail saves etc more expensive components to try and make the first launch as perfect as possible. Playing it save takes longer is more expensive and when push comes to shove, you can’t test for thousands of variables on the ground. SpaceX does the opposite. Iterate aggressively. No part is better than a part. They innovate on the edge. Stuff can go wrong fast but they will know the parameters and know what to fix or change. Every failure is data. Starship will also become a reliable workhorse like falcon 9 at some point. Simply because it will fly so incredibly much and SpaceX can slap those things straight out of starbase factory.
