Psychology explains why so many bad people are attracted by firearms and uniforms, exercise power to others, dominate, etc. Which tells why so many cops behave as abusers at home. Then rigged selection does the rest: many are picked from the worst because in case of necessity the power needs easy to control robots that do awful things without questioning orders.
And then many of them also make use of steroids and other substances that deeply affect their mood: aggression, rage, depression, etc. can all indicate the abuse of substances.

Yes, a proper oscillator is a much better solution, also because it produces sinewaves so most radiated power will be on the target frequency rather than harmonics. Low frequencies from VLF to the lower HF allow some interesting experimentation with cheap parts that have nothing to do with radiofrequency, for example the ubiquitous LM317 regulator.

The purpose is to keep people dependent when not in fear of a higher being to ensure they don't represent a problem for the powerful ones. It all boils down to "Don't bother marching to the castle with pitchforks to hang the evil king, let God be the judge and he'll burn in hell for the eternity" so that the evil king continues his job untouched.

It could work the other way around, actually. People over there are already regretting giving their support to Trump after inflation because of tariffs+wars and some even losing their mostly immigrant workforce after deportations. But for each right winger losing their business because of Trump, there are many who drink the kool-aid and support Trump even more loudly. Fear always works against reason, as we experienced at home some time ago.

Vance (and Rubio who is cleverly maintaining a low profile) are two of the most likely 48 if Trump doesn't get a 3rd mandate. Others are just distraction like Bovino, Noem and Bondi; they'll all go when not needed anymore, replaced by other psychopaths with a better public image. If you take out Vance and put Leavitt in there you get the exact picture.
