If you have orders with rotisserie chickens some stores allow you to call ahead and reserve one. Helpful if said store frequently sells out.

I believe I read that instacart has something set up that suggests at least 5% but 20% is the national standard for tipped employees (for good service). It's definitely appreciated when you tip 20% especially if you think your shopper did a good job.

8ShotsOfTequila

I didn't even know we were supposed to lol... but like others have said I shop at the same 4 stores and they usually know what's up

8ShotsOfTequila

No. You said you don't even ask the customer. You replace with the next best. I said I always ask the customer UNLESS they aren't responsive.

8ShotsOfTequila

Meh. I'd have to disagree. I try to reach out to the customer when I feel like it's a specific item or something that isn't replaceable. If they're responsive then I'll do this with most items, if they're not responsive at all then I just replace or refund how I think would be best. I have a perfect 5 star rating and the biggest thing they mark that I do well is communication. I would say it depends on the customer and you just have to feel out the situation.

Take pictures.

Wasn't going to comment but when I read the other comments I felt I should. You're not alone. I've been struggling with this too and searching for answers. I hope we're both able to find peace whether it's in God or not.

Sorry I didn't actually watch the videos but I think the statement is accurate. By calling someone racist you're just going to cause them to shut down and get defensive. I think it's better to explain why what they're saying or doing isn't acceptable. Not everyone will listen but it'll probably get you farther than just making a blatant statement.

I literally just had this discussion with my mom about how knowing someone's race is not pertinent to every day life. People should ask themselves "what am I going to do with this information?" I've definitely been guilty of doing this but I'm trying to be better about thinking before asking and only asking relevant questions. I think it's acceptable to ask "why exactly do you want to know? Do you have a follow up question?" And go from there. Or ask them the same question back. That always stops people in their tracks.

I told my employer I wouldn't be able to serve but I could do cleaning days until I was able to get back on the floor and they just never scheduled me

I appreciate stories where the girl stubs her toe on the same damn coffee table every day, but not the "omg I keep tripping and magically falling into your arms" girl

8ShotsOfTequila

I read a lot on wattpad and this was so common it was nauseating. One story I read she was literally tripping every five sentences and for some reason this seriously dangerous gang leader who is like 17 thought she was adorable and couldn't help but love her. It was just gross.

8ShotsOfTequila

That's always a good question to ask. "How is this expanding the story? Is it adding value?"

8ShotsOfTequila

Damn that was good 😂

Yeah this episode really got me in the feels. I love that Kirito has his break down moments and shows emotions instead of just being a tough guy. This episode was really raw in emotion.

8ShotsOfTequila

I got chills when he said "enhance armament"

8ShotsOfTequila

I thought the same

My aunt took my sister shopping when she was little and my sister kept calling her mom so my aunt said "I'm not your mommy!!" She said she definitely got some weird looks.

8ShotsOfTequila

Oh yeah my husband loves doing those.

8ShotsOfTequila

My husband does face masks with me all the time and he has a beard 😂 you can just apply it everywhere else besides the beard. We use the sheet masks sometimes too which can just go right over the beard.

Because they want to take care of their skin. I think they just meant they don't care what people think if they look silly.

8ShotsOfTequila

I've been thinking about doing this. It looks cute!

Everyone always has the same concern about social awkwardness when it comes to homeschooling. I was homeschooled and I majored in communications. I hate people but I'm really good at making friends and talking to strangers.

It really comes down to the opportunities you give your kids. Find a support group in your area and co op classes. See if there are homeschool sports teams in your area. Get involved in community activities.

It IS going to be hard at times for your kid socially because kids can be super judgemental and cliquey but it really wouldn't be any different if they were in public school. There were a few people in my hometown that gave me a hard time for being homeschooled but there are quite a few people I'm still friends with who accepted me anyways.

Do what's best for your family.

This is common it's just baby blues. It will get better but if it doesn't and it starts to get worse or you start to have thoughts of self harm or causing harm to others then reach out to your doctor because that is post-partum depression.

A lot of people were like this with me and my husband too. We moved in together after 6 months of dating and we also were coworkers. At one time I was his manager and had to yell at him at work for being a dick to other employees but we always talked about it later and were good. Customers would ask me what it was like seeing my boyfriend 24/7 since we lived together and worked together and I'd always say "it works out pretty well because I already knew he was lazy and he knew I was a bitch so we knew what we were getting into".

But we have never really had a big fight. No flying plates, no screaming matches, we will bicker a little bit but it's more theatrical than actual fighting lol. We're both dramatic so we like to have pretend fights, if you will.
