I just started having this error while editing in Captur3d Creator Studio. I thought maybe my browser needs to be updated, or have the cache cleared or something?
Now I have read this, and seen that your account was reactivated, I wonder if there is a connection?
I recently had my credentials reset somewhere between Captur3d and Matterport, perhaps resetting requires reactivation?
Did you find a solution to this?
It's best on a computer, the analytics tell me 75% of people have opened it on an iPhone - try a laptop or tablet if it's too weird in your phone?
