Well, ZF uses Miyota movement which is supposed to be noisy. The movement used by V7F is Seagull ST1812 and it's an ETA 2892 clone. The rotor is kinda loud (not sure if it is scraping), but winding and time setting is very smooth.
As far as I know, visual differences between ZF and V7F include: -the font thickness of 'Mark XX' on the dial: on V7F it is not so bolded and looks closer to gen; -the cases also have different polished chamfer edges: on V7F they are thinner at the bottom of the lugs and closer to gen; -crown is different between V7F and ZF, not sure which is closer to gen, but you can easily tell it's different when compared to gen.

Bought for 15 USD a few weeks ago. They also have other colors in their store. I think it's pretty good quality.
