That wasn't my point, in her Facebook post it came off to alot of people, to the point this is why Dolly addressed it, that it was alot more serious. I'm not holding it against her that she was concerned for her sister, but as stated it gave the impression it wasn't looking good.

Likely not fully canon, they sometimes introduce things like a family member or a tidbit about the character that's needed for the episode, and if canon isn't particularly important it's just quietly forgotten.
