Hi u/gopherwasbetter, CodeTwo rep here.
I see CodeTwo has already been mentioned a few times in this thread (thanks for that!). And yes, it would work well for your scenario.
One thing I'd add - I'd recommend using CodeTwo custom attributes instead of Entra ID's CustomAttribute1-15. You can use them to add additional information, such as professional credentials (including any required trademark symbols), to your signatures. You can manage these attributes yourself (and fill in the required information for specific users) or let users select their credentials from a predefined list. And since everything is stored in CodeTwo's cache, your Entra ID data stays untouched.
Check out this short video to see how it works (or DM me for more details): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njgdYSV5MoI

u/cheswickFS glad you're interested! I just sent you a DM with more details.

Hi, CodeTwo rep here.
Absolutely! CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is designed to scale, so supporting an organization with 100,000 users won't be a problem. Our customers include many Fortune 500 companies, and we add 2.5B+ email signatures every month. We're ready for more!

Hi u/SethMatrix, CodeTwo rep here.
Just to clarify: you don't need access to Entra ID to update user attributes in CodeTwo signatures. Your HR people can do that with no IT involvement using our Attributes manager tool (your M365 global admin just needs to grant them access first). You can also allow end users to update selected info on their own, including phone numbers.
Here's a quick video showing how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njgdYSV5MoI
Or feel free to DM me for more details.

Hi, CodeTwo rep here. Just to clarify: it's not our marketing. We report these posts to Reddit as AI-generated or coordinated marketing spam, and you can do the same. Reddit doesn't seem to react quickly enough, even though there's a clear pattern - newly created accounts post about email signatures. We're as tired of it as you are.
Adam_CodeTwoSoftware
No, it's not us - see our explanation in the main thread.

Hi u/ColbyFromDigg,
CodeTwo rep here.
Just to clarify: we don't create all those AI generated, signature-related posts. Seems like new small players (especially one or two that are easy to spot) misunderstand how marketing works and keep on creating those posts. We actually reported some of those users and posts to Reddit because we're as tired as you are, and we don't really need that.

I'd start by checking if the email was deleted and, if it was, recover it to see what happened. You can do that with PowerShell or in the EAC. I've covered this some time ago in this blog: https://www.codetwo.com/admins-blog/recover-emails-microsoft-365/

Hi u/vermyx,
CodeTwo rep here. Thanks for the mention!
Just to clarify: CodeTwo does support Apple Mail, including the mobile app, as well as any other email app if you use cloud (server-side) signatures, which are added after an email is sent.
That said, let me add my 2 cents as well. Over the years, we've also run into quite a few issues with Apple Mail, so it's always +1 for Outlook for Mac/iOS from me :)

Could you elaborate on that? 😊 We always pay close attention to what our users have to say about our products, so feel free to share your feedback. You can also contact our award-winning support team if you'd like to discuss any issues you've experienced in more detail.
And by the way, thanks for all the other CodeTwo mentions in this thread!

Hi u/Technickelback,
CodeTwo rep here.
Big thanks for your feedback! If using client-side signatures is not an option for your company, you can still add server-side signatures to encrypted emails if encryption takes place after these emails pass through the CodeTwo service. Our support team will be happy to set this up for you - just head over to www.codetwo.com/contact/ and give us a call or send us a message.

Hi, CodeTwo rep here,
Our solution for Microsoft 365 is SaaS, so there's no need for an on-premises server. You can check out our pricing here: https://www.codetwo.com/email-signatures/pricing We have one simple pricing plan. No tiers, everything included, no strings attached. If you have any CodeTwo-related questions, feel free to contact us 24/7 at https://www.codetwo.com/contact or DM me here.

Hi, unfortunately, some email clients - mostly on macOS - can sometimes ignore parts of the HTML code, causing images to appear at their original size instead of the dimensions you set.
The most reliable fix is to use images with the exact dimensions you want displayed.
If that's not an option for you, our HTML Design team can help for free. We’re available 24/7 to our customers.

Hi u/itguy8071,
CodeTwo rep here.
It seems to be a broader issue affecting all add-ins in Outlook 2024 LTSC, as identified by Microsoft itself: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/resources/resources-office-add-in-known-issues
We've already reached out to Microsoft about it as well. I can let you know when we hear back from them.

Hi u/13-months,
CodeTwo rep here.
In CodeTwo Office 365 Migration, global admin rights aren't needed. Even if you want the program to automatically configure connection to your source/target M365 tenant (which involves registering our application in your Entra ID), the Privileged Role Administrator role will do.

I've noticed you mentioned using CodeTwo and experiencing bounced emails. I believe this may just be a configuration issue, as our solution adds signatures to millions of emails every day without affecting email delivery. Did you try contacting our Support team? They can help you analyze your individual configuration and get to the bottom of the problem. Just head over to www.codetwo.com/contact and give us a call or send us an email - we're available 24/7.
By the way, if you use Outlook (any version, including Outlook for Mac and iOS), you can use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 in Outlook (client-side) mode, where signatures are added as you compose your email (via an add-in). That way, you can make sure the signature looks OK before sending it.

You can find all this information on the CodeTwo Security page at https://www.codetwo.com/email-signatures/reliable-and-secure/.
Considering the CodeTwo service, we use high-security encryption and authentication methods to make sure your emails can't be hijacked. This info is also available on the Security page.

Hi, CodeTwo rep here.
I just wanted to clarify a few things about CodeTwo.
In Outlook (client-side) mode, the CodeTwo add-in inserts signatures directly in Outlook, with no routing to our service through an API or any other intermediary. The add-in only has access to the basic information about an Outlook user, which is necessary to add the correct email signature. Any communication between the CodeTwo add-in and CodeTwo services is encrypted using TLS.
Routing through our service does take place in cloud (server-side) mode. However, regardless of which signature mode you use, your emails are neither stored nor read by anyone at CodeTwo.
Adam_CodeTwoSoftware
u/igod1329 CodeTwo server-side signature mode shows the signature while composing an email, which is clearly explained here: https://www.codetwo.com/email-signatures/visible-while-composing-emails
And it's been working like this for years.
Hi, CodeTwo rep here.
Yes, it's obviously a marketing campaign, and it seems pretty clear who's behind it, too (see other comments in this thread). I've already reported this to Reddit. Feel free to do the same if you're as tired of this AI-generated spam as we are.
