I highly recommend Tree Worx. They have arborists on staff as well as emergency services. Great people to work with.

It’s wild to read how much everyone dislikes Memorial Hixson because I’ve had 2 incredible experiences there. And I will only go to the ER if I think I’m dying so I loathe them all as a baseline. Good to know though - probably won’t press my luck if I have a third trip.
