How do? Even normal mass produced soy sauce is less than 50ppm, some even less, of gluten in the end product. Unless it's allergies by the time it's through a whole dish.... How that relates to op Mrs idk..  I mean gf bread is 20ppm. And that's not diluted a squirt across a whole meal..
