You gotta get off of them hallucinogens. You're going crazy.

I highly doubt 250 mg once would cause any damage in the slightest. Its not really even enough to get you very high.

I only do low doses really but for me im kind of just wandering around my house like a zombie. I cant remeber anything i was going to do. I sometimes feel like im going crazy because even in low doses its hard to tell whats real and whats a halucination but your not really far gone enough to "enjoy" it. body load sucks ass imo with the lower doses.

I have never had hallucinations when taking anything below 250 mg. You should be totally fine. I would say that theres no need to take 100mg to sleep, 50mg will work the same.
