Aww thank you!! It actually takes a while to put these together. I do a lot of the normal video editing and cleanup on top of the AI stuff, so it’s definitely not just one click. This is only a little teaser of the full video too. Still have to come up with the story and all that myself. Really nice to see some appreciation for it.

NTA. You made plans around your niece and she made plans around her friends. When the niece got sick you stayed home and she still went. That’s fine if that’s what she wants to do, but getting annoyed that she didn’t pivot to spend the day with you isn’t crazy. The “what are your plans” framing instead of treating it like a couple thing is pretty telling. You don’t have to rearrange your day around her friend group. My opinion.

NTA. I get that she’s trying to help and you feel bad for yelling, but she’s ruined multiple things including an expensive cardigan and then just kept deflecting. You’re allowed to be frustrated when your stuff keeps getting destroyed. Offering to wash your own clothes from now on is probably the least dramatic fix.

NTA for not co-signing. That’s a big legal commitment and you’re allowed to say no even if it makes things awkward. The part where you brought up the loan and her bills in front of your mom was unnecessary though. You could’ve just stuck with “I’m not comfortable putting my name on a lease” without airing the rest of it.

26 isn’t late for basically anything. Most people are still figuring shit out in their late 20s and early 30s. The “life is short” feeling hits harder when you’re staring at the calendar, but a lot of the stuff that actually matters (career moves, relationships, hobbies, whatever) can still shift a lot after 30. Plenty of people restart or level up way later than this.

You can make a ton of different meals with just those sitting around.
