OP, I get your point but you have to be careful with some of these statements.

Creatine can be dosed high but it requires a lot of water with it, and it isn't for kidney sensitive folks.

Glycine has an issue with turning into oxalates with acutely high doses, similar to Vitamin C but to a lesser extent. Although from your list it's probably the least concerning in high doses.

Omega 3s have a blood thinning effect that can be dangerous for the heart if dosed too high acutely, otherwise they are of course great for your heart.

NAC in particular is quite reactive and should be dosed very cautiously. Be careful with that.

All these compounds are highly effective but usually dosing them slow and steadily will give you the best results and minimize risks.

For a teenager, the skin is too bloated/puffy looking and the slight but present sag & wrinkle incisions are completely congruent with late 20s / early 30s. Which should be fine but isn't amazing. I think if people mistake this for teens it's because of a somewhat underdeveloped look, not necessarily because of looking young per se. And you have the same eye color as Tom Holland, that's about it regarding similarities to him.

she isn't 34 lmao

Aightbitfish

Yes, she's clearly lying about her age.

Aightbitfish

She is neither 34 nor gorgeous

Aightbitfish

This, and NOT 34!

Aightbitfish

She isn't even 34

Aightbitfish

Yes, she wasn't ever attractive though and neither is she 34.

Aightbitfish

Not ugly, some potential, maybe with a modest amount of makeup, different glasses or contacts, a nice blouse etc.

Melissa ftw

Aightbitfish

The thing with her is she appears mostly normal albeit rude the majority of the time but in a couple episodes her crazy really shines through, like in the one where she dealt with the ex of her daughter.

I think you have a good face, quite symmetric. Mainly fitness can improve your looks.

Aightbitfish

Mascara and open hair would benefit your looks greatly

  • Naga Expansion with RTS Campaign, Heroes & maps

  • More elven stuff, high elves, blood elves, can also be a campain and cool heroes

  • More new soundtracks, we all know this will all be looped over years, they need to be iconic like the originals, also some energetic and uplifting stuff

  • Reconnect feature that will tolerate game crash

  • Easy & flexible Hotkey Settings

  • Some subtle buffs to e.g. potm & bloodmage to make all heroes more viable and enable more variety, slight nerf to mana burn in the same vein

Aightbitfish

Yeeeesyesyesyesyesyes Reconnect!!! +1

Very nice man, you will love the audio quality!

Aightbitfish

From fierce and determined to DERP! 😆

Aightbitfish

You look cute but need to get into fitness urgently if you want to keep being cute! This type of chubby unfortunately doesn't age very well.

Aightbitfish

Same here man, unfortunately a wc4 release will net them an unavoidable sh**storm, as expectations are just impossible.

To go from these masterpieces to a decades long drag of various Mario sports games, how cruel is that? 😂

Tyrosine for motivation and upbeat mood (dopamine precursor). Occasionally caffeine (I like green tea extract) for snapping out of a rut and getting things done again.

Vitamin D3 (the sunshine vitamin) +k2 for stable health & mood.

Creatine for that "conquer the world" type of drive and energy, I really notice it giving me that.

Tongkat Ali for drive as well in case someone is lacking testosterone, especially for males.

Workouts in a similar vein (health, hormones, circulation, digestive motility, endorphine etc. all activates positivity.

Tryptophane in the evening for the cozy type of well being (serotonin "feeling at home" & melatonin precursor). Don't need as much if I had dairy.

Lead content is very common with black seed oil, lead is known to make people more aggressive, so that could be it. You could try taking it with chlorella, or mix it with chlorella before taking it, that should strip it of most the harmful heavy metal content. (since black seed oil is not unexpensive) Or switch to a different brand entirely.

Zinc will do that if the acute dose is too high. If it's a powder I found putting the dose in liquid can help spacing it out more and not getting nauseous.

Copper does the exact same thing, it's the transporters inside the body that carry both of them being overwhelmed. Which is also the reason copper and zinc compete for uptake and can suppress each other. In case you take zinc and copper at the same time, the nausea will also happen more quickly, have to space those out.

Worthy to note it's sometimes heavy metal toxic.

And obviously it being so powerful and influencing all kinds of things can also make it throw things off.

Tyrosine is both a dopamine and essential thyroid hormone precursor, that's what makes it so powerful. Hair loss can commonly be both low or overactive thyroid. Especially the weakness, and the bed ridden thing sounds like low thyroid to me, possibly it fluctuates with some influence from the varying dosage, iodine is very known for doing that, tyrosine can also do that but it's at least not as aggressively reacting (with the thyroid, iodine can damage it directly). There's all kinds of stuff irritating and fluctuating the thyroid and its output. Even very basic stuff like are you getting enough carbs or calories.

Tyrosine being dopamine precursor will obviously make it help with motivation. I found it to literally make me high the first couple times I took it. Then later I sometimes had a feeling of missing something when I forgot taking it, mood wise. It would kind of stabilise for me after not taking it for a couple days, though.

If you take it try to keep it low dose. It might also be depleting co factors if you take a large dose, that or I was maybe getting used to elevated Dopamine, I find a whole gram of this Amino is a significant dose. It's more of a low dose big impact compound, taking less of it can definitely make a difference.

Its an amino acid which is found in most proteins, so it should at least be tolerable as such depending on dosage. I know many already know most or some of this stuff but I'm just mentioning it in case it might help since I didn't see it here. Possibly there's other issues with it or interactions with other compounds, too.
