It's risk management. And it's more than just nationality. I explain below.
Who'll be more likely to make a kanji mistake?
A native Japanese who finished the entire school system in Japanese, writing kanji for every school exams every year of their life, using the language for every aspect of their life, or
A foreigner who passes a N2 test.
Not saying the Japanese employee will be immune to a kanji mistake, but I think I know who most employers will be more assured of.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion.
It's easy to jump to "discrimination!" bandwagon but it is sometimes worth looking from other perspectives too.
There are many cases of discrimination but this ain't one, based on what I infer from the information provided in the post.
AlMeets
Sorry, this isn't discrimination. This is risk and responsibility management.
N2 is not enough and is not comparable to native Japanese, so it actually makes sense to assign someone native to oversee non-native speakers.
You don't know when you'll make kanji mistakes, it's understandable to have someone native to vet it.

Triple Crown Max sounds good. Does red bull have an Indy team?
AlMeets
there's only one team that can entice Max out of Red Bull, and it's not Mercedes.

can you share a list/photo albums of your items?

I am biased but I think you should earn loads of money in Europe and spend your 3X days off here on vacation.

some big 24h supermarkets may have whole cheesecakes, which still counts as cake.

this post is more suitable for r/movingtojapan. i am not sure if it belongs here.
the point raised by OP is mainly about the moving to japan aspect.
it is possible to apply for Jfind within Japan, say if you graduated a year ago, moved to japan for further studies/work/marriage and graduated/quit your job/divorced, and then apply for jfind to stay here. IMHO, that would be more relevant to this sub as it is about how residents can use this visa.

multi 21?

He's 40. would he choose to retire at Mercedes being gradually but surely outshone by George, or would he move to the team that every driver dreams about, with a big sack of money that comes with it, and a safety net that if success never came, it's everything but the driver?
anyone could see that Lewis-Merc saga is ending, and getting the 8th in Merc isn't as attractive as being successful in a Ferrari.
The merc isn't hard to drive like the red bull, and given George's rise, if the Merc is competitive then a George WDC is more likely than a 41 Lewis. A WCC Merc with Lewis 2nd is not a success given he is more senior in the team and has won WDC with Merc many times before.
However a WCC Ferrari in his first/second year, even with Charles WDC, will still be a successful year for Lewis. He will believe he has something to go for the following year, unlike in Mercedes where he'll be replaced by the cheaper Antonelli soon as George WDC is confirmed.
Why kill a mosquito with a nuclear weapon honestly?

No need to invoke everyone.
