Simply put, max power, max cooling!

Really like the dual stack architecture. Should greatly extend longevity of the panel and help brightness!

At this point, I'd love to add an additional monitor to my setup. Maybe add a small treadmill as well, since my chair is comfortable, but sometimes standing is healthy.

I'm excited to see Dylan's story and experience the combat. I really enjoyed the original Control and learning about that world!

Hi, everyone! I've been planning the best PC build for gaming. I want a system that can handle triple-A games with ease. Here's what my dream ASUS PC setup looks like:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D Motherboard: ROG CROSSHAIR X870E DARK HERO Graphics Card: ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 OC Edition AIO Cooler: ROG RYUO IV LC 360 ARGB Power Supply: ROG THOR 1000W Platinum III (ROG Equalizer) Chassis: ROG Cronox ARGB
I'm joining the ASUS Upgrade What Matters giveaway for a chance to bring this build to life with an ASUS AMD or Intel motherboard, graphics card, or other high-end hardware.
I'm building this for No Man's Sky and other exploration games. A whole universe to explore!

Wouldn't be surprised if it was something like the shadow of the Service Weapon, made from an echo of those who have failed its test.

You can often find Lenovo Yogas at a very reasonable price, particularly if you are willing to go open box or buy a somewhat older model. Those should be fine running light steam games, as well as handling your needs as a student.
Aleiri
You're going to need to get the specs of the Lenovo. If he got it at an extreme discount (due to being old stock, open box, etc), it could easily be a more powerful computer than the Neo. If its normal price is $300, probably not so much.

Hi Dan! Was curious as to the choice of IPS technology for the panel for the new 6K G80HS, as opposed to OLED? Also, will there be more Mini-LED monitors in the future vs OLED?
Aleiri
Actually, that's pretty nice!
Aleiri
Given that these are the mobile cards, the 4060 Mobile is going to be better than the 5050 Mobile, at an average of about 20% better performance. So your tradeoff is really better GPU + CPU or a bigger SSD.
I'd be inclined to go for the MSI, given that SSD can always be upgraded!
Aleiri
What measures are y'all taking to combat the RAM crisis and the price spikes?
