You might be confused. I'm not the one hiring, I'm trying to get hired too.
Best of luck to you. :)

It reminds me of the exploding firework head scene from "Kingsman: The Secret Service".

Congratulations! I'm genuinely happy for you.

I think you mean "لازم" not "ازم".
"لازم": something obligatory.
"ضرورة": means necessity. The adjective from it is "ضروري" which is used to describe something necessary "something essential".
"عائق": an obstacle.
"إعاقة": the act itself of obstructing someone/something.

Jumla ismiyya has a mubtada2 and khabar
And the forms of "خبر" can be either "مُفرد", or "جُملة", or "شِبه جُملة". And "خبر جُملة" can be either "خبر جُملة اسميّة", or "خبر جملة فعليّة".
"تبدأ" in "القصة تبدأ" is "فعل", and the "فاعل" is "ضمير مستتر", and "الجملة الفعلية في محل رفع خبر المُبتدأ (القصة)".

I'm sorry but that's not correct, you are the one confusing them here.

As for your second question, all verbs have verbal nouns.

Conjugations for feminine, dual, and plural for passive particle is like any other noun in Arabic.
Feminine (singular): add "تاء مربوطة". (mafhuuma)
Feminine (dual): add "تان" if the noun was "مرفوع", or "تَين" if the noun was "منصوب" or "مجرور". (mafhuumataan/mafhuumatayn)
Feminine (plural**): add "ات". (mafhuumaat)
Masculine (dual): add "ان" if the noun was "مرفوع", or "ين" if the noun was "منصوب" or "مجرور" and you pronounce the last letter of the word (of the main word before the added letters) with "فتحة" on it. (mafhuumaan/mafhuumayn)
Masculine (plural**): You add either "ون" if the noun was "مرفوع", or "ين" if the noun was "منصوب" or "مجرور" and you pronounce the last letter of the word (of the main word before the added letters) with "كسرة" on it. (mafhuumoon/mafhuumiin)
** In some cases of plural (both masculine and feminine) passive particle, you use the feminine singular form instead of the feminine plural form, like when you are describing something that's "غير عاقل" as inanimate objects, animlas ...etc.

Both are correct, and both have the same meaning: "The story starts/begins".
I'll try to simply explain why.
There are two types of sentences in Arabic: "فعلّية" and "اسميّة".
"تبدأ القصة" is "جُملة فعليّة" in which the sentence start with a verb. The essential components of this type of sentence are the verb "الفعل", the subject "الفاعل", and the object "المفعول به" (some sentences don't need an object). So "تبدأ" is the verb "الفعل", and "القصة" is the subject "الفاعل".
"القصة تبدأ" is "جُملة اسميّة" in which the sentence start with a noun. The essential components of this type of sentence are "المُبتدأ" and "الخبر". So "القصة" is "المُبتدأ", and "تبدأ" is the "الخبر".

It says "كُلًّ" not "كُلِّ", there's "تنوين" on the letter "ل", so the word coming after it isn't "مُضاف إليه", which means both "زوجين" and "اثنين" are both "صفة" and both of them describe separately the word "كلٍّ" which is "الموصوف",and they are mentioned together for confirmation "التنويع والتوكيد". So it means from each a pair (two), not from each two pairs.
If it was "كلِّ" without "تنوين", then the word after it "زوجين" would be "مُضاف إليه", and the word "اثنين" would be "بدل" to the whole "كلِّ زوجين" and not "صفة", and "بدل" here can replace what precedes it "المُبدَل عنه". So it would mean either from each pair, or just two.
In both cases it means two creatures " a male and a female" not four creatures "two males and two females"
Finally, I hope I made it clearer with my explanation, but I think I didn't and I'm sorry. :(
